Til' we meet again

Sometimes what looks simple in a big city would seem weird and overdress in a province. Hehe. I did not want to get the impression of being overdressed or be quoted as "Cebu Girl" so I decided to have this simple cool-chic look. I wore a black and white racer-back, paired with a leather high waist shorts and I added a thin belt to create a shape to my body.

Also, to give a pop to my outfit, I added this royal blue cardigan. So, what do you think of my look? :)

Yesterday we had our alumni homecoming. I was very excited to see my high school friends and have a veryyyyyy long conversation with them. I haven’t seen any of them for almost three years already so I was pretty sure many things had changed. But....I was wrong. Haha. I really missed their childish minds!

We did not stay long in the venue coz' we wanted to have unlimited time with each other (lol). So, we decided to go to this cute tea house. I love the place, the ambiance and they have good tea flavors as well :)

Teenage no more

Happy birthday to meeeeee=D It was actually my 20th birthday yesterday which means "byebye teenage life"so I've decided to celebrate it with my friends. We went to Big Flat Bread (BFB) but unfortunately or should I say fortunately, the moment we stepped in their store, the lights went off.HAHA. Though there's no electricity, our celebration went well.  We had a candle light dinner instead. Plus, I've got 20% discount because it's my birthday. Such a lucky girl, right? LOL. I had so much fun bonding with my best friends.

Look how big this pizza is. It actually looks bigger than me.HAHA. It has three flavors and they all taste really great. I'm not really a "pizza eater" but I was shocked how many slices I ate. First time.Yey! Also try to visit their stores, they have wide array of pizza selections. All having great tastes.:)

I call this picture a "birthday bang!". Stolen. I really hate to include this picture but I have to. HAHA. And this is the only picture that I can show you what I was wearing yesterday. I wanted to go for a casual cool look so I've decided to wear a crop top and high-waist shorts, and I added an oversized knee grazing cardigan in dark gray. What do you think?

Nautical*ish

Before packing for Cagayan de Oro, I have already decided to have a nautical-ish look on the 2nd day of our stay. I can't help loving these athletic shorts I got from WAGW coz' it feels so comfortable to move around with it =). Since I did not wear any necklace, the studded denim blazer did the thing. It made me look cool, polished yet simple.  just sooo perfect for malling, even perfect while under the scorching heat of summer!HAHA (or I just had nothing to wear)

 

This is my 8-year friend Zennefer who's fortunately also in Cagayan de Oro. She decided to go together with us, so we had so much time to hang out with each other.

I did not bring any heels so I had to wear my all-time favorite flats I got from MAGS Cebu. These flats are just so comfortable (sorry for repeating this word again and again, just can't find any word to describe how I feel.LOL) to wear and they fit almost all clothes I have in my closet. =) Good find.

While on our way back home, we dropped by at Mantianak Zoo in Misamis Oriental. The place was very relaxing and they have very welcoming staff which made our stay memorable.

Haha! And guess what? I have finally seen what real tigers look like. It was my first time seeing real ones in my whole life. I was so amazed by their size and their claws look really scary. Haha. I had so much fun by just looking at them.

Since I have to walk along those rocky and woody grounds they have, I made sure to put on my sneakers. I always trust these sneakers for a painless walk.=D

Hello May!

Quick post~

Hi guys!!Am back! Finally it's May and I'm so excited for every event I'll be attending to. May is just a very busy month for each of us, right? Non-stop summer escapades, Travels, Alumni Homecomings, Birthdays and more. Plus, I'll be opening my 2nd branch of my small business hopefully this week. Yes, I am actually a business woman now. HAHA!

Garden of flowers

Here's another fashion entry for all the fashion enthusiasts out there. =)

This is what I wore for the birthday celebration of our business partner Mr. Peter Unabia (Owner of Sr. Pedro Philippines) held at the Unabia's Residence in Cagayan de Oro City.

I chose to wear this pretty beige top with floral details from ITEM Korea paired with this floral high waist pleated skirt so I would look taller.(sigh)-_- 

For every petite girl like me, a high-waist mini skirt is always a fashion staple. Agree? haha. I always had a number of short skirts and short shorts in my wardrobe and I so love wearing them because they give an illusion to my height. I guess that's another way I could look any taller aside from wearing a sky-high heel. LOL!

 I find High Waist Mini Skirt so comfortable and very versatile. It suits all types of occasion. Just a little twist on the accessories and a pair of good shoes and you're ready to go. Yey!!
